Frequently Asked Questions About Account Deletion
What happens to my followers who received DMs in the past?
Messages already delivered to followers' Instagram or TikTok inboxes remain visible inside their own social apps (since those are managed directly by Instagram/Meta). However, BuzzFar wipes all internal interaction logs, email captures, and analytics associated with them.
Can I cancel or reverse my deletion request?
If you submitted a request via web form and have not yet confirmed the verification link sent to your email, the process will not proceed. However, once confirmed, the token revocation and database scrub are permanent and cannot be undone.
Do I need to cancel my paid subscription separately?
When you complete account deletion in the dashboard, any active subscription via Stripe is automatically canceled at the end of the billing period with no further renewals. If you submit a web deletion request, our billing team will verify and cancel any recurring charges immediately.
