The rules and commitments between you and BuzzFar. Plain language, no hidden clauses, and complete creator ownership of your content and audience.
Core Terms Summary
You retain full ownership of your courses, PDFs, digital products, and brand media. BuzzFar claims zero intellectual property rights over what you create.
All automations operate strictly within Meta Graph API and TikTok policies. Anti-spam reply variations protect your account from platform penalties.
Store sales flow directly to your connected Stripe account. You act as the merchant of record and control your own customer refund policies.
No long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription or permanently delete your account and social tokens whenever you choose.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Creator”, “User”, or “you”) and BuzzFar Technologies(“BuzzFar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account on app.buzzfar.com, visiting buzzfar.com, or authorizing any BuzzFar application via the Instagram Graph API, TikTok API, or Facebook Messenger, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the services.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
To use BuzzFar, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant that:
- All registration details you submit are truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
- You are the authorized administrator of any Instagram Professional, TikTok Creator, or Facebook Page you connect to BuzzFar.
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials and immediately notify us at
support@buzzfar.comif you suspect any unauthorized access. - You accept sole responsibility for all actions and automations executed under your account credentials.
3. The BuzzFar Services
BuzzFar provides a unified creator workspace combining conversational automation and digital commerce:
Sub-second keyword detection on comments, Story mentions, and incoming direct messages to dispatch resource links and free guides.
A lightweight digital storefront to sell products, courses, PDFs, and apparel directly via chat and web links.
Content planning tools to schedule social media posts with automated link deliveries attached.
Performance analytics tracking DM response latency, link click-through rates, and revenue generated from chat triggers.
Notice regarding physical shipping: Direct physical delivery-partner integrations are planned for a subsequent release. Storefront shipping capabilities currently require creator self-fulfillment.
5. Creator Store OS & Merchant Responsibilities
When you sell products, digital downloads, coaching sessions, or merchandise through BuzzFar Store OS:
- Merchant of Record: You are the sole seller and merchant of record. BuzzFar provides the technical software and checkout infrastructure, but does not buy or sell your products.
- Product Legality: You warrant that all digital goods, courses, and PDFs you sell comply with applicable laws, do not infringe third-party copyrights, and do not contain deceptive claims.
- Customer Support & Refunds: You are responsible for setting your own refund policy and handling inquiries from your buyers. You must honor your stated refund policy.
- Taxes: You are responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or income taxes arising from your store sales.
6. Billing, Fees & Cancellation
BuzzFar offers tiered subscription plans for creators. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- Payment Processing via Stripe: All subscription charges and store customer transactions are processed through Stripe. By using our payment features, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
- Free Trials: Where a 14-day free trial is offered, you will not be billed until the trial concludes. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
- Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing cycles.
7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will NOT use BuzzFar to:
- Transmit mass unsolicited marketing messages or engage in DM spamming.
- Distribute malware, pirated intellectual property, or counterfeit merchandise.
- Promote hate speech, violent extremism, harassment, or illegal gambling.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the BuzzFar platform, code, or APIs.
- Circumvent or attempt to tamper with social platform rate limits or anti-abuse filters.
- Sell or monetize access to another user's personal information without consent.
8. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Content Belongs to You: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in all content, courses, PDFs, images, and copy you upload to BuzzFar. You grant BuzzFar a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the services.
BuzzFar Intellectual Property: BuzzFar and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the BuzzFar platform, code, trademarks, logos, visual designs, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or distribute BuzzFar intellectual property without our express written consent.
9. Termination & Account Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time using our Delete Account Request Portal or directly within your creator dashboard settings.
BuzzFar reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially violate these Terms, receive repeated copyright strikes or spam complaints, or if required by Meta or TikTok to protect platform integrity. Upon termination, active comment listening and automated DM flows will cease immediately.
10. Disclaimers & Third-Party Social APIs
THE BUZZFAR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Because our services depend on third-party APIs (including Meta Graph API and TikTok Webhooks), BuzzFar cannot guarantee that these third-party platforms will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. BuzzFar is not responsible for any downtime, API deprecation, account restrictions, or algorithm shifts imposed directly by Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUZZFAR TECHNOLOGIES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR AUDIENCE REACH) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BUZZFAR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO BUZZFAR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BuzzFar Technologies, its officers, directors, and employees against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your content or products sold through Store OS; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, or TikTok policies.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. General Terms & Contact Information
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BuzzFar regarding your use of the services. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
